On April 10, the Tikhookeansky National University (TOGU) in Khabarovsk hosted its annual job fair, where business representatives presented employment opportunities for young professionals. This year, the event brought together over 3,000 graduates and senior students and representatives from 60 companies operating in the Far Eastern Federal District.
VIS Group also showcased its brand as an employer. Representatives of the holding company introduced fair participants to key projects and professional development opportunities at its member companies.
“Participation in such events is part of VIS Group's systematic efforts to build a talent pool. We consistently build relationships with specialized educational institutions: conducting on-site lectures, organizing site tours, and inviting interns. Today, an agreement was signed with the Tikhookeansky National University, providing for the expansion of joint practice-oriented initiatives,” said Alexander Sedlovsky, Head of the HR Department at VIS Group.
The Far Eastern Federal District remains a key region for VIS Group. Four major transport and social infrastructure projects are currently underway, fourteen facilities are in operation, and the holding is jointly developing several more initiatives with regional authorities. The total value of completed and ongoing projects in the Russian Far East exceeds 400 billion rubles. Each of these projects meets national development priorities and regional socioeconomic development objectives.
