Interior finishing work on the four-story building, covering over 12,000 m², has entered the final stage, with overall construction completion estimated at 90%. Polyclinic #13 in the Kirovsky District of Novosibirsk is being constructed under a public-private partnership (PPP) agreement between VIS Group and the Government of the Novosibirsk Region. The terms of the agreement include financing, design, construction, and the turnkey installation of medical equipment.
Finishing work is progressing rapidly; 90% of the work is currently complete, and office door installation is ongoing. Internal utility systems and on-site utilities are 75% and 90% complete, respectively. Elevator installation is fully concluded. Cold water, sewer, and power lines have been connected to the facility perimeter. Once weather conditions become favorable, construction workers will begin landscaping the grounds.
The new clinic is designed to accommodate 967 visits per shift. It will include adult and children's clinics, a women's clinic, and an emergency room. The facility will be equipped with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), ultrasound diagnostic systems, and expert-class X-ray, endoscopic, mammographic, and fluorographic machines. This will allow for high-tech diagnostic examinations and early disease detection.
The facility is scheduled to be commissioned this year. After that, under the terms of a public-private partnership (PPP) agreement, VIS Group will maintain the clinic until 2029. Medical services will be provided free of charge under the compulsory health insurance program.
In 2025, the clinic will begin accepting new patients. Three outpatient clinics built by VIS Group in Novosibirsk have been established. Approximately 150,000 Novosibirsk residents are assigned to them. The PPP agreement provides for the construction of seven facilities, which will serve over 400,000 people.
